About Downtown Digital USA

In 1986 we saw our first all-digital print come off the machine. Since then, Downtown Digital USA has become an expert in digital copy, print, and press solutions. We are a contract and franchise printer, but also offer our products and services to the general public.

Contract Printing

Contract printing is when a customer receives specific per-piece pricing based on a commitment to order a target annual quantity and pay in a certain amount of time. We offer contracts for color prints, black-on-white, booklets, pamphlets, and Every Door Direct Mail (EDDM). Contracts are best suited for resellers, manufacturers, franchisees, law firms, and large companies. (If you are spending $300 or more per month for these services, you are a good candidate for a contract.)

Franchise Printing

We offer portals for most of the larger franchises in the United States. Franchisees receive discounts on many products and free shipping. To see if we currently support your franchise, just give us a call.

Every Door Direct Mail (EDDM)

Downtown Digital USA has been recognized by the US Postal Service for its commitment to the EDDM program. We offer low per-piece rates to any zip code in the US. We have worked hard to minimize the stress associated with using EDDM for the first time by offering free assistance with artwork and no hidden or add-on fees.

Fulfillment

Our fulfillment center offers shrinkwrapping, bundling, kitting, and variable data services, and is dedicated to shipping your books or packages on time; all orders received by 10AM ship the same day, either by Priority Mail Regional or UPS Tier 1.

Campaign Planning

Downtown Digital USA offers free planning assistance for your upcoming event or marketing campaign. We have thousands of imprintable products on-hand, from pens to apparel to industry-specific items. We work with you to get you the best products in the right quantities to fit your budget.

VSR Screen Printing

Our VSR ("Very Short Run") line uses a dry darkroom with no chemicals, emulsions, or wet waste. This direct-to-screen method allows us to offer screen printing on low quantities, perfect for team-building, gifts and awards, presentation products, and spec samples.
