How To Contact Us

We keep our prices low by sticking to a strict schedule for production and fulfillment; this means that at certain times we are not easy to reach by phone. We prefer e-mail for correspondence; this allows us to answer your questions in depth and in writing:

If you are planning to drop by our factory, please note that if we are not expecting you we may not be able to stop and assist you.

• Take I-40 East to Papermill Road exit; stay in right-hand lane; turn right on Papermill and then right on Weisgarber. (If coming West, take the Papermill Road exit but stay in the Weisgarber Lane; at the end, turn right on Weisgarber.)
• On Weisgarber, when you get to Middlebrook Pike (at the main post office/Bojangles), yield right onto Middlebrook Pike and immediately get in the left-hand lane.
• At the next traffic light (just past the NAPA), turn left onto Amherst.
• Go to the top of the hill; when you see Trane on the right, start watching the left. You'll see a warehouse with a cell tower in the front yard, and then you'll top the hill as you come around the corner; our building is on the left: 1759.
• If you are coming to pick up a small order or with a truck with a liftgate, stay in the front parking lot; press the green button to the right of the front portal.
• If you are coming for an appointment to discuss a campaign, or to drop off artwork, come down to the side parking lot (please don't park in front of the truck bay); come up the stairs and press the white button (hold it until you hear it ring).

Again, if we aren't expecting you we may not be able to assist you. We try to schedule appointments around our production schedule/shipping deadlines, as the office is temporarily in the factory and we can't always stop the machines to allow someone in. (Or, they are so loud we don't know you are outside!)
